The 100% plant-based chocolate is made with coconut blossom sugar.

The heritage of Trinidad & Tobago is great, as one of the most famous cocoa varieties was named after the islands. Since then, breeding has continued, resulting in many hybrids. This chocolate is dedicated to the original Trinitario, the cocoa beans come from the Gran Couva plantation.

Mathieu Dierinck is not new to the chocolate industry, so he brought a lot of know-how before he started his own company.
