The pure cocoa powder from Valrhona has a strong reddish color and a distinctive cocoa aroma. It is very suitable for decorating or sprinkling pralines as well as for baking. Since it is 100% cocoa, you can make very hot drinking chocolate yourself by adding sugar in the desired amount.
