Venchi
Venchi Chocolate is a company with a long tradition: as early as 1878, a man named Silvano Venchi, who was only 20 years old at the time, founded his pastry shop in Turin. Since then, of course, a lot has happened: In 2000 Venchi Chocolate joined forces with Pietro Cussion, who has been producing fine pastries under the company name CUBA since 1949. Initially operating under the name CUBA Venchi, the company was renamed Venchi in 2003 and today boasts a product range of over 350 items. The chocolate products are often quite unusual: How about a cigar made of Chocolate, for example, which actually looks deceptively real? Here we offer various versions, for example with a filling of chocolate cream with cocoa from New Guinea and hazelnut pieces. The cigar is wrapped by a double layer of light and dark Chocolate.

Or have you ever heard of chocolate cav iar? The caviar from Venchi Chocolate has of course nothing to do with fish roe. It consists of various layers of Chocolate, which are then cut into small pieces and then coated with 75-percent Couverture. The fact that the sweet caviar is packaged in an appropriate glass means that the product really does look very lifelike and is perfect as a surprising yet delicious guest gift. Of course, this also applies to the cigars: do you perhaps have a new non-smoker in your circle of friends who would be delighted with this little reminiscence? Then grab one!
