The plantation is located in the Sambirano Valley near Ambanja, in the northwest of Madagascar and is 2,000 hectares in size. The highly aromatic cocoa and spices used by the world's best chefs have been growing since 1920. Bertil Akesson used these cocoa beans in order make your own cocoa butter. It is the world's first single plantation cocoa butter.

The chocolate is BIO certified and is made in France.
