Pure white chocolates in small selection from different origins and with different cocoa contents, as well as without the addition of fruits, nuts, spices, etc.. With less sugar, you can taste the different cocoa origins.
It is still argued whether it is really still Chocolate, because white Chocolate no longer contains Cocoa mass, but consists exclusively of cocoa butter, milk and sugar. So there are no dark cocoa ingredients in white Chocolate , and the cocoa content is about 30 percent. However, since cocoa butter is a component of cocoa, this variant is also definitely part of the chocolate experience.
