White vegan chocolate

White vegan chocolate, white chocolate without animal milk can be found here in a wide selection of currently available vegan white chocolates and white vegan Couverture with rice, oat, almond or other "milk" alternatives.

Vegan white chocolate - do you stock it?

"White vegan chocolate," strictly speaking, does not exist. According to the regulation, it must contain milk powder (definition: at least 14% milk solids and 3.5% milk fat). If instead of milk powder e.g. rice, coconut, almond etc. is used, the shape of the bar may look like chocolate, but may not call itself so.

However, since this term is widely used in the language and has become accepted, we continue to call this category "Vegan White Chocolate" so that you can quickly find your favorite chocolate. Sounds also better than "white bar candy"

White chocolate, after all, consists only of the cocoa butter, sugar and milk. To get the cocoa butter, the cocoa beans are squeezed under high pressure. The cocoa butter (actually cocoa fat) thus obtained is - like the butter from animal milk - also white to slightly yellowish. Hence the color of white chocolate.

Milk vs M!LK, Milc, Mylk

Not only is vegan white chocolate not allowed to call itself chocolate because it does not contain animal milk, but milk alternatives are also not allowed to call themselves milk. As the EU has determined, this term "milk" applies only to animal products. Alternatives made from oats, almonds, etc must call themselves, for example, oat "drink". This of course makes it difficult with the white boards.
Resourceful marketing people have come up with the idea of creating the terms M!LK, Milc, Mylk, etc. for this. Everyone knows what is meant, and in this way you comply with the legal requirements.

Here you will find a wide selection of white vegan chocolates.
