The raspberry truffles with Marc de Champagne and milk truffles with Marc de Champagne are made from beans from Sur del Lago, a Trinitario grown south of Lake Maracaibo in Venezuela using traditional methods. It is exceptionally light. The beans are very lightly roasted and conched for at least 3 weeks and the dark chocolate truffles with Marc de Champagne come from the village of Rio Caribe in Venezuela. This delicious Chocolate, made from the exceptional beans grown there, is a taste adventure with its complex nut and coffee notes.
